This 3 bedroom house was designed by Ruth Ellen Outlaw and based on the practices outlined in The New Old House by Russell Versaci. Wide plank white oak floor boards were milled from trees taken down at the building site. The reclaimed oak beams used in the Living/Dining areas compliment the rock fireplace and chimney.

  • Kitchen Counters: Soapstone from local Schuyler Quarry
  • Insulation: blown cellulose and cotton batts
  • HVAC: Geothermal and Radiant floors
